
Rachel Murphy has expressed deep concern over the traumatic experience his five-pound dog, Toto , went through last weekend. According to Rachel , a groomer allegedly taped Toto r's mouth shut after being bitten, resulting in the dog being bloody and distressed.
Rachel said, "My pup was clearly in distress. What I first thought was tape turned out not to be a muzzle. Toto r was clearly injured and his paws were red. His toenails, cut too closely to the paws likely caused him to bite.
Wow! My Dog, an on-the-go pet salon, employed the groomer that was responsible for this.
Rachel rushed Toto to a veterinarian immediately for medical treatment. Having joined numerous other accusers of animal abuse, Rachel accused Puppy-Lux. As a result, the San Mateo's office has initiated an investigation into the company for potential animal cruelty.
Rachel described the wounds he noticed, saying: "I noted injuries around the joints, the neck, as well as in the genital. The cuts were so deep that they caused blood to flow."
Marianna De las Vegas, a customer of Wow! My Dog, posted a review on Yelp, detailing how his pets were returned to him injured or unwell. Another customer took a Snapchat of a dog appearing to be in pain. They claimed that a groomer inserted an ear napkin by force.

Wow! My Dog wants its customers to understand what their groomer said to him. After all, they trusted this person with the care of their animals. Rachel stated, "Juliann informed to me that the use of tape click here to close the mouth is acceptable and normal. He claims it is preferred to using a mute, which is harmful to dogs. He mentioned that he used the same method for his own dogs.
When contacted by Gate News, Wow! My Dog answered the phone but promptly handed it over to a woman who stated they were investigating the allegations. When asked about Puppy, she immediately said that it was an independent entity, before abruptly terminating the call.
